Privacy Policy

Effective: August 26, 2026

Calemander (“we”, “us”) provides scheduling software at calemander.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how it is handled. Questions: support@calemander.com.

What we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, workspace name, and the settings you configure (availability, event types, branding).
  • Booking information — details attendees submit when booking: name, email, optional phone number, answers to the host's questions, and the meeting time.
  • Connected calendar data — if you connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or a CalDAV calendar (such as Apple iCloud), we access free/busy times to prevent double-booking and create calendar events for confirmed bookings. We do not read, store, or analyze the contents of your other calendar events beyond their busy time ranges, and we never use calendar data for advertising.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we store payment status and Stripe reference IDs.
  • Visit photos — hosts may store photographs of their own work against a booking, such as a colour result or a set of nails. These are visible only to the host and their team, are never shown to the person who booked, and are never included in any email, calendar invite, or integration.
  • Usage logs — standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) for security and reliability.

Google user data

Calemander's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is used solely to show your availability and to create, update, and cancel calendar events for your bookings. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not read by humans except with your permission or for security purposes.

How data is stored and shared

  • Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Each workspace's data lives in its own isolated database.
  • Calendar credentials for CalDAV connections are encrypted at rest.
  • We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product — Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery), Stripe (payments), and, when you connect them, Google, Microsoft, Zoom, or your CalDAV provider. We do not sell personal data.
  • Emails we send (confirmations, reminders) go to the addresses provided at booking.

Retention and deletion

Booking and account data is retained while your workspace is active. Disconnecting a calendar removes its stored credentials immediately. To delete your workspace and its data, or to request an export, email support@calemander.com — we honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change; material changes will be announced to workspace owners by email.
