The fine print, in plain words
- What is a seat?
- A seat is a person in your workspace. Pro is billed per seat: add a second person and you pay for two. Your clients are not seats, and neither are the people who book you.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Free needs no card and does not expire into anything. You upgrade when you add someone or want a Pro feature, not when a trial runs out.
- Does Calemander take a cut of what I charge?
- No. Money from your clients goes to your own Stripe or Square account, and Calemander takes no cut of it on any plan, including Free. The processing fee is Stripe's or Square's, and we add nothing on top of it.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your workspace drops to Free. Nothing is deleted and nothing is swept: bookings you already have keep their settings, fees already agreed to still charge, tuition enrollments keep billing, and a paired door screen keeps working. The limits apply to the next thing you create.
- Can I take my data out?
- Yes, on every plan. Bookings and contacts export to CSV from the dashboard. See how your data is handled.
