Some clients only have a phone. Allow phone-only booking per event type and the form takes a number instead of an email; contacts are matched by phone, and a client who later gives an email is merged into the same record rather than duplicated.
Hold a card on file and charge a no-show or late-cancel fee automatically, on Stripe or Square (Pro). Or charge at booking: the full price, or a deposit with the balance due in the shop — on every plan, including the free one. Discount codes and an automatic refund window per event type come with it.
Round-robin and collective events spread bookings across your team, and routing forms ask a few questions up front to send each client to the right booking page. Team seats are on Pro.

A small thing that matters
Other schedulers show whatever format the visitor's browser happens to prefer, and never ask. In Calemander you pick the format your booking pages open in — and a visitor who reads clocks the other way can flip it themselves, right on the page. Every time is also labelled with its time zone, so nobody has to guess.
Calemander has no app for clients to browse, no listing to rank in, and no cut of a first visit. That is a real trade: a marketplace can send you someone who had never heard of you, and we cannot. What you get instead is that your clients stay yours — they book on your page, on your link, and nobody charges you a commission the first time one of them walks in, or shows the same person a competitor two doors down on the way out.
