Effective: August 29, 2026
These terms govern use of Calemander, the scheduling service at calemander.com (“the Service”), operated by Calemander (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or booking a meeting through the Service, you agree to them.
Calemander lets hosts publish booking pages, sync availability with connected calendars, collect payments for paid bookings, and manage meetings. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for the content you publish on it, and for keeping credentials secure. You may not use the Service to:
Your workspace is published on a subdomain of ours and is served under our name and certificate. Because a visitor may reasonably read it as coming from us, we hold workspace content to these rules whether or not a specific use is listed above.
We may suspend a workspace, remove or disable specific content on it (including custom styling, images, and booking pages), reclaim or change a workspace address, or terminate a workspace entirely. We may do so immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary — waiting for a violation to be proven is not workable when the harm is ongoing.
We may act on any of the following grounds:
Where circumstances allow, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to put it right. A workspace address is licensed to you for use with the Service and is not property; we may reclaim one that is unused, that impersonates another party, or that we need for the operation of the Service. If we terminate a workspace for a breach of these terms, fees already paid are not refunded. You may close your workspace at any time from your settings or by contacting us.
You will reimburse us for losses, claims, and reasonable costs we incur because of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service — including the cost of responding to complaints your workspace causes.
Your content (event types, bookings, attendee data) belongs to you; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request an export or deletion of your workspace at any time.
We do not read your bookings or attendee data as a matter of course. Where we are investigating a specific report or a suspected breach of these terms, we may access the content necessary to look into it, and we keep that access to what the investigation needs. After a workspace is closed or terminated we keep its data for a short period so it can be restored or exported if the closure was a mistake or is disputed, and delete it after that.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to workspace owners by email, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@calemander.com.
